WeBlock Community (A full-service blockchain accelerator) hosted a live Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) on 22nd June 2021. Mr Soowhan Doh, CEO of PolkaTrail was invited as a guest.
We are glad to announce that PolkaTrail conducts IDO on BSCPad on Wednesday, June 23rd.
The AMA was divided into 3 segments. First, a brief introduction of the project and the guest was presented, then Q&A part with WeBlock Host. Last but not the least, guest answered 5 questions raised by the community.

PolkaTrail Intro :
Polkatrail is aiming to elevate the travel experience industry by offering a decentralized platform combining NFT and defi technology. We envision a platform where travellers can enjoy the best of blockchain through our implementations.

I am the CEO of Polkatrail. Before starting this venture, I have been in the gaming and application development industry for the past twenty years.

Host: Q1. What would you consider as PolkaTrail’s ecosystem development & expansion at the moment? What are your plans regarding the expansion of PolkaTrail in the ecosystem?
Guest’s Answer :
The core of building an ecosystem for PolkaTrail is our platform development which consists of various components of DeFi, NFT, and blockchain. As we finish our first phase of development, we will be able to onboard more partners within and out of the crypto space.
Host: Q2. What makes PolkaTrail a better choice for us than the current options we have? If you can share and list its advantages, that will be better.
Guest’s Answer :
Compared to existing travelling projects in the crypto space, we are going beyond just allowing crypto payments. We are having various blockchain-based services that help users to make use of the industry more than just as service use.
Host: Q3.Could you tell us more about ‘Stake and rent to earn rare NFTs on PolkaTrail’ and how can this benefit your ecosystem?
Guest’s Answer :
NFTs and travel reservation is a crucial component of the platform. Our focus was bridging various services altogether to provide more benefits to the token holders and users of the application. Users staking $TRAIL and travelling with our application can earn rare NFTs which will be tradable on the platform.
Host: Q4.How do you plan to gain adoption of PolkaTrail by the mainstream and make this into a global product with a solid user base in blockchain?
Guest’s Answer :
Our plan on gaining adoption by mainstream users is to make sure the application is blockchain-agnostic. Users should be able to use our services without an extensive knowledge about cryptocurrencies. By focusing on user benefits and user experience combined with marketing efforts, we will be able to achieve global adoption.
Host: Q5.Would you like to share with us some more information and updates for the upcoming plan in the next 6 -12 months ？
Guest’s Answer :
We have an IDO scheduled for this week, which is tomorrow. In the next six-twelve months, we will be seeing significant progress with the listing, marketing, and development. Each month we will have a recap posted on our socials to let users know of our progress.

Q: When you create your project, do you consider community feedback and demands? What role will the community play in your project and what will it solve?
A: Community is a key component for a project’s success for various reasons. We will be keen on hearing feedback from the community to make our project improve further on. Building trust with the community is one of our key priorities.
Q: Nowadays So many Rug Pulls and exit scam happening. How Users can trust your project and how you are different from others?
A: There have been several rugs pulls and exit scams with a lot of anonymous projects. Our team has been working on this project since last year and will be ensuring to work on our promises and deliverables.
Q: The COVID-19 outbreak has affected every business in the world. Is your project affected by this? Is it in a better way or a bad way?
A: Definitely. Especially since the travel industry has been impacted by the covid. While in the short term this impacts us, we believe in the long run it will help Polkatrail to pioneer new market opportunities.
Q: Is this platform suitable for Crypto beginners? Or does it only appeal to professional users?
A: The platform is designed for everyone. While our business focus might be on a certain niche, there should be no specific target for the users as it will be a hindrance.
Q:” STAKING” is one of the STRATEGIES to ATTRACT USERS and HOLD USERS Does your GREAT PLATFORM have a plan for Staking?
A: We will have liquidity pool rewards and other staking programs joint with CEXes and DEXes.
